Sudhanshu Priyadarshi, is Director of Mergers and Acquisitions at PepsiCo. Sudhanshu works on PepsiCo’s Mergers, Acquisitions, and Alliance activities for Asia, Europe, Middle East and Africa.

Sudhanshu is an active member of The American India Foundation (AIF). AIF is a leading international development organization charged with the mission of accelerating social and economic change in India. He also serves as a member of Board of Directors and Leadership council of Bioethics International a New York based organization. Bioethics International (BEI) empowers professionals and organizations in healthcare, life science and biotechnology to make responsible decisions - the key to improving the quality of healthcare, organizations, the environment and lives.

A native of Bihar, India, Sudhanshu holds an M.B.A. from University of Technology, Sydney, Australia. Sudhanshu and his wife, Anu, live in White Plains, New York.
